Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Learning Partner to drive OneHUB performance by leading skill-gap analysis, project planning, and SME partnerships. You will manage multiple learning initiatives from design through evaluation, coordinating with the Learning & Training team and business stakeholders to deliver impactful development programs.

The ideal candidate has a polished presence, expert facilitation skills, and uses data to guide decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Learning and Development, Organizational Development, or related field; 5+ years of experience.
• Strong consulting and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Ability to present data clearly in written and oral formats.
• Experience with adult learning theory and learning technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead development/learning solutions through curation and performance-cycle alignment of enterprise learning initiatives.
• Coordinate Learning & Training team efforts with business stakeholders; own evaluation of learning solutions.
• Develop and manage content, communications, and operations of specific training programs.
• Serve as subject matter expert on learning solutions and partner with leaders on needs.
• Manage multiple projects and events using adult learning best practices from design to evaluation.
• Establish strong relationships with OneHUB leaders, department heads, and SMEs.
• Develop and facilitate engaging presentations; coordinate ILT and VILT logistics and launch calendars.
