Capital Consultants Management Corporation seeks a Preferred Vendor Coordinator to support the execution, adoption, and performance of the Preferred Vendor Program across markets. You will liaise between onsite teams, vendors, and strategic partners, driving adoption, coordinating training, and ensuring compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in vendor management, operations coordination, or procurement support.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Support the Vendor Manager in day-to-day program activities and launches.
• Coordinate communications, trainings, meetings, and events for multiple markets.
• Track KPIs, monitor adoption and operational performance, and report findings.
• Assist in increasing vendor participation and compliance across sites.
