Job summary

Amazon Global Engineering Services (GES) seeks an innovative Sr. Supply Chain Manager to own the strategy, standards, and performance frameworks for the NA Startup vendor portfolio.

You will build scorecards, influence sourcing, and develop contingent worker pathways while maintaining dashboards for leadership visibility. You will collaborate across GES, Finance, GPO, and partner teams to drive cross-portfolio improvements, lead executive-level communications, and establish scalable vendor

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio-wide vendor performance strategy with scorecards and accountability frameworks.
• Influence vendor sourcing strategy in partnership with GPO.
• Design onboarding and development programs for contingent workers.
• Influence senior leadership to align on vendor management standards and drive adoption of best practices.
• Establish and maintain vendor management rituals, reviews, and escalation processes.
• A day in the life: review scorecards, plan sourcing, and present portfolio risk to leadership.
