Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Sr. Supply Chain Manager to act as the Vendor Process Lead within NA Startup Support, owning portfolio-wide strategy, standards, and performance frameworks for hundreds of projects valued at billions.

You will build scorecards, dashboards, and analytics to guide sourcing decisions, develop contingent worker pathways, and drive improvements across the vendor ecosystem while collaborating with Global Procurement Operations and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of cross-functional work with tech and non-tech teams.
• 3+ years of defining program requirements using data and metrics.
• 2+ years of supply chain experience.
• Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookup) and SQL.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and developing performance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio-wide vendor performance strategy and develop scorecards and accountability frameworks.
• Inform sourcing decisions and contract renewals with vendor performance data.
• Design onboarding and development pathways for contingent workers.
• Influence senior leadership and align vendor standards across teams.
• Establish reporting cadences, reviews, and continuous improvement for vendor management.
