Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive product management or related digital product roles.
• Experience with external-facing digital products or applications.
• Experience with system integrations, APIs, or data flows.
• Strong understanding of Agile product development and delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the product strategy, roadmap, priorities, and product goals.
• Identify opportunities using user feedback, product usage, operational data, and business needs.
• Prioritize features and initiatives based on business value, user impact, effort, risk, and dependencies.
• Communicate product priorities, decisions, roadmap changes, and progress to stakeholders.
• Lead product discovery with vendors and internal stakeholders to identify and validate business problems.
• Own the end-to-end vendor experience, including onboarding, self-service, usability, task completion, and error handling.
• Provide product direction to Product Owners, Business Analysts, and delivery teams.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to manage scope, risks, dependencies, and release readiness.
• Drive successful external product releases, including launch planning, vendor communications, adoption, and change management.
• Continuously incorporate user feedback and product performance insights into future priorities.
