Job summary

Quantum Health is seeking a Manager of Vendor Integration Engineering to lead a team responsible for designing, delivering, and supporting complex vendor integrations across partners and client onboardings. The role blends hands-on technical review with people leadership and stakeholder communication.

You will own intake, prioritization, and delivery while setting standards for data exchange, security, and governance, and partnering with Product, Engineering, and Client Engagement teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT/CS or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on data integration/ETL experience.
• 3+ years leading technical teams and client-facing work.
• 3+ years relational database experience (SQL Server) with T-SQL.
• 3+ years ETL with SSIS and data orchestration tools (Airflow).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Vendor Integration Engineers.
• Oversee end-to-end vendor and partner integrations from intake to steady-state support.
• Set technical standards for data exchange formats and transport methods.
• Escalation point for integration incidents and root-cause analysis.
• Review complex SQL, ETL pipelines, and monitoring configurations.
• Translate client requirements into actionable technical plans.
• Manage capacity and resourcing across the team and projects.
• Communicate status and performance to executives and vendors.
• Collaborate with Legal, Security, and Compliance on data privacy and governance.
