Job summary

enGen seeks an experienced vendor management professional to oversee external vendors, ensure performance against SLA, and align operations with contract governance. You will coordinate with client relationships and procurement to maintain service quality and drive renewal planning.

The role also involves budget oversight, invoice accuracy, and developing operating models for vendor interactions, with opportunities to influence future contracts and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as stated or 6 years relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• 5 years in Vendor Management, Vendor Operations, Financial Reporting or Budget Management.
• Preferred: 5 years in Health Care industry, 1 year in Project Management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the work of external vendors and ensure quality and performance per contract.
• Manage day-to-day vendor operations and respond to escalated vendor requests.
• Represent governance and procurement in contract discussions and renewals.
• Coach and develop peers and vendor staff; manage vendor performance and productivity.
• Ensure vendor compliance with contract terms and budget controls and assist with invoice accuracy.
