Job summary

Technip Energies seeks a VPM Manager to lead vendor performance management across projects within the Operating Center. You will supervise Project Managers, Coordinators, and Inspectors while ensuring supplier performance, inspection, expediting, and PO management."

You will collaborate with Procurement leadership, project teams, and suppliers to standardize processes, allocate resources, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in the VPM organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field and leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead departments or functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience driving process improvements and policy implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Vendor Performance Management activities across projects and operating centers.
• Mobilize and assign Vendor Performance Managers, Coordinators, and Inspectors.
• Support contract reviews and determine inspection/expediting levels.
• Review deliverables for quality and consistency, allocate resources accordingly.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Oversee resolution of PO execution issues with suppliers and project teams.
• Promote standardization of VPM activities and adoption of business systems.
