Job summary

allwhere is seeking an experienced operations leader to run the Vendor Management lane. You will guide a team of specialists, maintain critical vendor relationships, and shape a global partner network that sources equipment worldwide.

You’ll collaborate with Order Management, Logistics, Finance, Sales, and Product to improve cost, coverage, reliability, and speed as we scale. You’ll negotiate pricing, terms, and program structures, manage vendor KPIs, and develop scalable processes to drive

Qualifications

• 5+ years in vendor / partner management, IT procurement, channel management, supply chain, or related function.
• Experience supervising or leading a team, including coaching and performance management.
• Direct experience with OEM and distribution channels (e.g., Apple, Dell, Lenovo, TD SYNNEX, Ingram Micro).
• Strong knowledge of channel programs, pricing terms, rebates, and incentives.
• Proven ability to negotiate pricing, terms, and program structures to improve outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to build and standardize processes in a fast-growth environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Vendor Management Specialists while staying involved in daily execution.
• Own global vendor ecosystem across OEMs, distributors, and resellers; shape partner strategy worldwide.
• Lead negotiations on pricing, payment terms, credits, rebates, and program structures.
• Build scalable vendor onboarding playbooks and cross-functional collaboration.
