3MD Inc. is seeking a Vendor Manager to lead the performance management program for its vendor network, including subcontractors and field-service partners. You will design scorecards, define SLA frameworks, and drive continuous improvement, acting as the liaison between field teams, vendors, and leadership.

The role requires building dashboards, coordinating quarterly reviews, and guiding corrective action plans to ensure service quality and on-time delivery for customers.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of vendor management experience.
• Experience in field services operations preferred.
• Ability to work cross-functionally.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Own design and operation of vendor performance management.
• Develop vendor scorecards and KPI frameworks.
• Monitor SLA performance across third-party network.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with subcontractor partners.
• Drive continuous improvement and action plans.
• Provide real-time dashboards and reporting.
