You'll be responsible for building a robust vendor network and ensuring performance meets KPIs, all while optimizing the operational effectiveness through data-driven decisions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in vendor management, excellent analytical skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Our compensation ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 annually with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading and developing vendor relationships.
• Experience with residential Repairs and Maintenance.
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating performance.
