Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Account Manager or related role.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of transportation logistics and HIPAA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for vendor service requests and escalations.
• Conduct provider performance evaluations and audits.
• Coordinate with MTM and client teams to resolve issues.
• Assist with/participate in provider town hall meetings.
• Meet or exceed KPI targets and ensure compliance requirements.
• Support credentialing and data management processes.
