Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program and have at least one semester or quarter of school remaining after the internship.
• Must have achieved a junior or higher academic standing at the time of application.
• Minimum age of 18.
• Must have authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and organizing a combined vendor matrix by gathering, validating, and analyzing supplier data across Hawaiian and Alaska portfolios.
• Support the VPM team in preparing scorecards, dashboards, and reporting tools to measure supplier performance.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to capture updates on vendor performance and action items.
• Contribute to standardized documentation and templates to support consistency across the organization.
• Perform research and benchmarking on industry best practices for vendor performance management.
