Job summary

Alaska Airlines Internship program in Honolulu invites energetic students to contribute to marketing projects across departments. The 12-week, full-time summer internship offers hands-on experience, exposure to guest experience and business growth, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You will research trends, draft marketing materials, manage social media, and help plan events. Starting rate is USD 25.00 per hour, and interns receive unlimited standby travel benefits and travel

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Admin, Communications or related field.
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Minimum age 18 and junior-year or higher academic standing at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to identify trends, analyze competitors, and understand target audiences.
• Draft marketing materials such as brochures, social media posts, blog content, emails, and website updates.
• Help manage and update social media platforms and contribute to social media campaigns.
• Assist with planning and hosting marketing events, promotional activities, and trade shows.
