Job summary

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. in Miami seeks a VMO Performance Manager to oversee performance, health, and value delivery of all strategic technology service providers within the Global Technology Organization.

You’ll partner with procurement, finance, and delivery leaders to ensure performance and contracts align with business goals. You will drive vendor scorecards, analytics, governance routines, and continuous improvement actions to strengthen the organization’s ability to manage spend

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years in vendor management or performance management.
• Strong understanding of SLAs, KPIs, and outsourcing.
• Experience with third-party providers and multi-vendor ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Create and operate the vendor performance management framework (KPIs, SLAs, OLAs, scorecards) and monitor delivery.
• Coordinate governance forums and ensure accurate meeting materials and action logs.
• Own the vendor performance data model, reporting, and insights.
• Track budget alignment and monitor variance explanations with finance.
• Lead root-cause analysis for performance gaps and ensure remediation.
• Standardize processes and support quarterly business reviews.
