• Merchandise new deliveries from vendor(s) following brand guidelines.
• Communicate customer needs and shopping patterns to store leadership and vendors.
• Collaborate with store teams to implement sales and execution best practices.
• Ensure the sales floor is properly signed for promotions and markdowns.
• Follow store audit policies and procedures.
• Foster a respectful environment and authentic connections with colleagues and customers.
