Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by sharing product knowledge, trends and style inspiration with customers and store leadership.
• Merchandise new deliveries from vendor(s) following brand guides and standards.
• Communicate customer needs and shopping patterns to store leadership and vendors.
• Work with store teams to drive best practices for sales and execution.
• Ensure sales floor is properly signed for sales and markdowns.
• Follow store audit policies and procedures.
• Foster an environment of acceptance and respect with colleagues and customers.
