Job summary

Macy's is hiring a Merchandising Associate (Vendor Paid Merchandiser) to drive sales and execution of strategic merchandising initiatives in-store. You will suggest vendor products, maintain standards, and provide feedback on what works and what doesn't to address slow-selling areas.

Join a fast-paced retail environment with flexible shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays. Full-time colleagues typically work 30+ hours per week; part-time 12-24 hours.

• Communicate customer needs and shopping patterns to leadership and vendors
• Collaborate with store teams to implement best practices for sales and execution
• Ensure sales floor signage and markdowns are up to date
• Support store policies and procedures during audits
