Job summary

Future Planning Associates, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Operations Oversight to lead the daily oversight of SEI’s middle-office services, monitor trades, reconciliations and client reporting, and support performance review and GIPS reporting.

This role focuses on equity and fixed income oversight with a proactive, team-oriented approach. The candidate will bring 3–5 years in investment operations, hands-on experience with fund accounting or operations, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of investment industry experience.
• Hands-on experience in one or more investment operations or fund accounting functions.
• Working knowledge of equity and fixed income investments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily trade activity from CRD to SEI and ensure acknowledgements.
• Review SEI daily reports for risk items and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure same-day trade settlement and downstream handholding with SEI.
• Liaise with SEI, traders and portfolio managers; support proxy and elections processes.
• Review end-client reporting packages for quality control; assist performance reporting.
