Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee third-party providers to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor vendor documents and annual reviews against policies.
• Escalate issues to leadership when needed.
• Maintain vendor management system accuracy and notifications.
• Coordinate due diligence for new vendors and resolve inquiries.
• Log consumer complaints and coordinate remediation with business areas.
• Provide status updates to vendors and internal stakeholders.
