Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Word, Outlook, Excel and Visio.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess vendor documentation during annual reviews to ensure regulatory compliance and policy alignment.
• Monitor first-level reviews of vendor documents across the oversight lifecycle.
• Escalate risks or issues to leadership promptly and coordinate resolutions.
• Maintain Vendor Management Department inbox and ensure timely processing of inquiries.
