Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in financial services or vendor management.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently in a regulated environment and meet deadlines.
• Experience reviewing documentation for compliance and risk.

Responsibilities

• Review large volumes of vendor documentation for annual reviews and compliance.
• Monitor vendor compliance documents throughout the oversight lifecycle.
• Escalate risks and communicate with leadership as needed.
• Maintain vendor management inbox and ensure timely responses.
• Manage ongoing reviews and contract obligations in the system.
• Coordinate due diligence for new third-party vendors before approval.
• Serve as the first contact for vendors and provide status updates.
• Review FNMA/FHLMC documents for compliance and update status.
• Coordinate vendor invoices and ensure records are current.
