Qualifications

• Strong mathematical skills for calculating figures, discounts, and percentages.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate branch objectives with management.
• Coach and lead tellers and CSRs.
• Ensure branch operations are accurate and timely.
• May originate and close consumer/small business loans.
• Develop business for the branch.
• Complete monthly branch audits.
• Adhere to security procedures and policies.
• Hire/terminate staffing decisions as needed.
• Provide wire verifications/approvals within limits.
• Lift coin bags up to 50 lbs.
• Engage customers to prioritize service.
• May work at an alternative location within the region.
• Complete BSA/AML and compliance training.
