Job summary

Qualifications

• GEP Quantum and Ariba experience desired (beginner).
• Proficiency with purchase requisitions and invoice processing.
• Experience with supplier onboarding and onboarding workflows.
• Experience in procurement operations, finance operations, or contract administration is required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate supplier onboarding and manage purchase requisitions.
• Track and ensure the completion of purchase orders and renewals.
• Coordinate supplier performance reviews and documentation.
• Investigate and resolve vendor-related issues and invoice exceptions.
• Maintain accurate operational records and status reports.
