Job summary

BeyondReach, a CCR company, seeks a detail‑oriented Sourcing Operations Coordinator in Cedar Rapids, IA (Hybrid). You will manage vendor contacts, schedules, and Sitetracker updates to ensure timely progression of projects and accurate data across teams.

You’ll collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders, coordinating site surveys and orders while maintaining clean records and proactive communication to prevent delays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, supply chain or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years’ experience in sourcing, procurement, or operations.
• Strong written communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with Sitetracker, Salesforce or comparable PM/CRM platform.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for vendors and clients, confirm orders, request status updates, and schedule site surveys.
• Maintain Sitetracker records with tasks, milestones, ownership fields, and order statuses.
• Coordinate site surveys, provisioning calls, reminders, and follow-ups across US time zones.
• Track vendor orders, approvals, aging items, missing information, and upcoming deadlines.
• Keep Excel and Google Sheets spreadsheets organized and up to date.
• Prepare and relay clear status updates between vendors, clients, and internal teams.
