Job summary

Managed.com is a remote-first, AI-first company building a global platform for vendor operations. The Program Manager, Vendor Operations will own the monthly catalog publication cycle, validate outputs, and drive automation across data, APIs, and scripting efforts to ensure timely delivery to partners at scale.

The role requires 5+ years in B2B SaaS/Cloud, hands-on data pipeline experience, and strong scripting skills in Python or SQL.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program, product or engineering roles within B2B SaaS, cloud or distribution.
• Hands-on experience owning a recurring, deadline-bound catalog, price-list or production data pipeline.
• Working-level ability to analyze data at scale and compare catalog outputs between cycles.
• Practical scripting capability in Python, SQL or an equivalent language to build checks, reports or prototypes.
• Ability to read vendor API documentation and release notes and assess operational impact.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly vendor catalog publication cycle end to end, including delta review and publication to partner platforms.
• Validate catalog and price-list output and coordinate corrective action.
• Prototype and automate recurring vendor operations with engineering teams using data, APIs and AI tooling.
• Build and maintain the vendor obligation calendar for deprecations, program changes and republications.
• Track vendor release notes and translate them into commitments and plans.
• Lead vendor release and enforcement programs with work-back and test plans.
