Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Vendor Management Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day vendor lifecycle, with hands-on responsibility for onboarding, catalog setup, and ongoing maintenance in Coupa. The role supports building foundational documentation and standardizing processes across the team, including offshore resources.

You will develop procedures, manage vendor data, and ensure accuracy and security while coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to maintain high SLAs and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience managing vendor onboarding and data governance.
• Ability to build and maintain process documentation and SOPs.
• Proven track record leading teams and coordinating offshore resources.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage new vendor onboarding end-to-end in Coupa, including required documentation.
• Configure and maintain vendor catalogs and pricing in Coupa; ensure data accuracy.
• Process ongoing vendor record updates and renewals; enforce fraud risk controls.
• Conduct regular audits of the vendor master file and cleanup duplicates or incomplete records.
• Own desktop procedures and process diagrams for core team functions and training.
• Lead, coach, and manage offshore resources to meet SLAs and quality targets.
