ShopMy is seeking a Contracts Manager & Vendor Procurement Lead to own the full lifecycle of commercial contracting and vendor procurement. You will draft, review, and negotiate agreements with Brand Partners and vendors, building scalable contracting processes and standard terms.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of contract management, vendor procurement, or related legal experience.
• Experience with technology transactions and SaaS/vendor agreements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong analytical skills.
• Ability to lead end-to-end procurement processes.
• Experience in fast-paced startup environments.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and procurement contracts.
• Develop scalable contracting templates and playbooks.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Security, Product, and Engineering.
• Manage vendor relationships and procurement lifecycle.
• Track renewals and maintain contract repository.
