Job summary

Greentree Legal LLC is seeking a Vendor Support Specialist to recruit and support vendors, manage communications, and ensure coverage, performance, and compliance across a nationwide network. This remote/hybrid role is based in Cincinnati, OH or Tampa, FL and reports to the Director of Operations.

You will align vendor coverage with demand, resolve escalations, maintain vendor profiles, and support onboarding, pricing discussions, and quality initiatives to drive reliable service for clients.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in operations, customer service, or vendor coordination.
• Ability to evaluate situations and apply sound judgment within established guidelines.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with CRM or vendor systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Align vendor coverage with geographic demand.
• Identify gaps in vendor coverage and report to leadership.
• Maintain accurate vendor profiles and performance data.
• Serve as primary point of contact for vendor support.
• Resolve routine issues and escalate non-standard cases.
• Support onboarding, compliance, and pricing discussions.
