Revyse, a dynamic startup now part of Get Covered, is hiring a Support Specialist to help customers succeed across contract management and vendor compliance. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, data-heavy environment and excel at turning complexity into clear, actionable guidance.

In this remote role, you’ll triage tickets, assist onboarding, support product configuration, and expand our documentation using Notion and Zendesk.

Qualifications

• Strong technical aptitude in software support or customer service within a fast-paced environment.
• A focus on precision and accuracy in all tasks.
• 2+ years of Multifamily domain knowledge or exposure to operators and suppliers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and quick issue diagnosis.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to create clear client-facing documentation.
• Experience with helpdesk systems and project management tools such as Notion and Zendesk.

Responsibilities

• Ticket triage & queue management to ensure SLA adherence and customer satisfaction.
• Issue escalation & cross-functional communication with Implementation and Product teams.
• Onboarding support and data integrity tasks including data uploads and auditing.
• Product configuration support such as templates and contract blocks.
• Documentation support to expand the resource library using Notion and other KB systems.
• Generalist responsibilities in a startup, remote setting, collaborating with teams.
