Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience required.
• Licensed attorney in good standing or JD from ABA-accredited school.
• Hybrid onsite/remote work arrangement enabled.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Third Party contracts comply with corporate, state, federal and regulatory requirements with focus on Federal consumer financial laws.
• Collect and evaluate upfront and ongoing due diligence on Third Parties.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key Business partners.
