Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a detail-oriented Vendor Maintenance Associate to maintain vendor records and support payment operations at the corporate office in Chesapeake, VA. You will handle vendor setup, master data maintenance, and banking information across Wells Fargo, Kyriba, RBC, and other platforms, ensuring accurate and timely payments.

You will collaborate with Accounts Payable and internal partners, maintain controls, and protect sensitive vendor data while supporting process improvements

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact with all levels of management and vendor partners.
• Working knowledge of Accounts Payable processes and internal controls.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain vendor records and master data.
• Maintain vendor banking information for ACH, CTX, and EDI payments.
• Process vendor updates and record maintenance per procedures.
• Support bank reconciliation and payment-related system updates.
• Collaborate with AP and other departments on vendor inquiries.
• Assist with process improvement initiatives.
