Job summary

CRH Americas Materials is seeking a detail-oriented Master Data Analyst to join the Record-to-Report team as a Vendor Analyst. You will create and update vendor profiles, verify documents, and ensure data accuracy and compliance across systems like SAP S/4HANA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (required).
• Minimum 2 years of experience with SAP or equivalent ERP.
• Experience in finance and accounting functions (preferred).
• Familiarity with building products/construction industry (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Collect and validate vendor documentation (W-9, banking, insurance certificates).
• Verify W-9 to determine 1099 recording.
• Perform verifications on new vendors and data changes (Telephone number, Remit to Address).
• Validate vendor details against internal policies and external databases.
• Validate the required documents against the 3rd Party System (Apex).
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Create and maintain vendor master records in ERP systems (APEX).
• Ensure accurate classification (payment terms, tax codes, company codes).
• Perform due diligence and place vendors on hold for non-compliance.
• Liaise with procurement and finance on Vendor Documents; onboarding support.
• Audit and reporting: support internal and external audits; maintain logs.
