HSI in Eugene, Oregon is seeking a Software Vendor Management Specialist to organize vendor records and manage contracts, renewals, reviews, and documentation. You will coordinate with software owners and IT processes to keep activities on schedule and ensure accuracy.

The role requires 2+ years in vendor administration or related field, strong detail orientation, and Excel proficiency, with a hybrid work setup after onboarding. Salary range $55,000-$65,000.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of vendor/admin/recordkeeping or related role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Experience with expenses, invoices, or financial transactions.
• Proficiency in Excel and standard productivity tools.

Responsabilités

• Maintain vendor records, contracts, renewal dates, costs, and docs.
• Track contract timelines and coordinate with vendors and owners.
• Monitor IT security reviews for new/renewing vendors.
• Coordinate vendor audits and required documentation.
• Serve as primary contact for vendor communications and requests.
• Track SLAs and KPIs, identify concerns, and escalate as needed.
• Follow up on outstanding docs, approvals, and renewals.
• Review Sage reports and credit-card activity for software spend.
• Research unidentified or miscoded software expenditures and resolve.
