Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7+ years in vendor management, procurement, or strategic sourcing.
• Experience leading cross-functional sourcing programs preferred.
• Certifications such as CPSM/CPM/CTPRP are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own MOE's vendor portfolio from onboarding to renewal or exit.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with key vendors and conduct business reviews.
• Lead negotiations for new agreements, renewals, and amendments with favorable terms.
• Track SLA attainment, cost savings, and contract compliance across vendors.
• Identify and mitigate third-party risks and maintain due diligence records.
