Job summary

Everwise Credit Union seeks a Manager, Business Continuity + Vendor Management to design and oversee vendor relations, business continuity, and insurance programs for a regulated financial services environment.

You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and report to senior leadership on risk exposures and program performance, while advancing process improvements through technology and governance, supporting member value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, risk management, or related field.
• 4+ years in vendor management, business continuity, or insurance (financial services).
• 2+ years of management or leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of regulations and risk management frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain vendor management program with due diligence.
• Facilitate business continuity planning, disaster recovery, and resilience.
• Coordinate regular reviews and testing of continuity plans.
• Manage insurance portfolio including property and liability coverages.
• Provide reports to senior leadership on risk and program effectiveness.
