Qualifications

• License: No certification required
• Education: Some college coursework; Bachelor's Degree preferred or 5+ years’ experience
• Experience: 3–5 years in customer service or vendor management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare standard and ad-hoc reports for review, forecasting and analysis of data collected
• Manage portfolios, tasks or assignments to completion
• Manage, source and assign vendors as necessary
• Escalate issues to proper department or supervisor for resolution
• Research solutions to complete tasks and approve items within authority
• Respond to client/vendor/customer requests via phone, email, portal or fax
• Train vendors, clients or customers on internal processes
• Audit vendor’s, client’s and company’s effectiveness for performance and improvement opportunities
• Audit for compliance with state and federal requirements and contracts
• Communicate audit results to management, clients or vendors
• Conduct periodic audits and propose corrective actions
• Review and test findings and suggest improvements
• User Acceptance Testing as necessary
• Other duties as assigned
