Job summary

The Bachrach Group is assisting a Fairfield County, CT financial services client in finding a Vendor Management Analyst. The role sits at the intersection of vendor management, operations, compliance and project management, with direct hire and a hybrid work setup (most days on-site).

Responsibilities include managing vendor contracts and KPIs, conducting risk assessments and business reviews, onboarding new partners and automating KPI reporting for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or a technical discipline.
• Three or more years in vendor management.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel; experience with project management tools.
• Organized, process-minded and comfortable in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor contracts and KPIs; support performance and contract reviews.
• Conduct risk assessments and business reviews; vendor selection and onboarding.
• Serve as primary point of contact for third-party delivery issues.
• Reconcile and process vendor invoices; resolve expense discrepancies.
• Build contract process maps and drive process improvement.
• Automate KPI and expense reporting with senior management.
• Run small-scale operational projects: scope, cost, risk, quality, timeline.
• Onboard new business partners: collect documentation, run compliance checks, load to the platform.
