Winsupply is a growing group of more than 670 locally‑owned companies that span HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical and more. The Winsupply Internship Program offers students hands‑on experience through immersive learning, mentorship, and a capstone project that drives real value for the organization.

As a Field Training Specialist Intern, you will conduct on-site and virtual training for local companies, help configure WISE data, create tickets, and coordinate with Training Services to achieve

Competenze

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university or college, at undergrad or master's level.
• Willingness to participate in on-site and virtual training sessions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Mansioni

• Train employees on WISE, WinZone and Winreports functions.
• Work with local company in organization and/or setup of WISE data.
• Conduct various follow‑up training activities with recently visited local company.
• Create, maintain, and follow up help tickets for end users until their issue is resolved.
• Routinely work with Programming, Quality Assurance, and Support teams on various projects.
• Provide conceptual and strategic guidance to local companies.
• Other duties as assigned.
