Qualifications

Responsibilities

• File and manage vendor claims for quotes and price allowances, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain records of claim agreements, track open claims, and review related credits and charges.
• Ensure claims meet vendor requirements, gather supporting materials, and address disputes or inquiries.
• Develop expertise in Winsupply systems, maintain documentation, and identify process improvements.
