Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Two years of experience with insurance products and compliance is preferred.
• Prior homebuilding industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and maintain vendor certificates of insurance for the company’s vendors.
• Review vendor insurance certificates and advise on corrections to comply with policies.
• Monitor upcoming vendor insurance expirations.
• Engage with vendor insurance agents to determine compliance.
• Perform annual and quarterly trend reports and present findings to management.
• Other duties as assigned.
