Job summary

FirstKey Homes LLC is seeking a Vendor Experience Specialist to oversee vendor relationships, performance, pricing, onboarding, training, and compliance across multiple markets. You will collaborate with internal teams to optimize utilization, drive cost-efficiencies, and ensure contract terms are met.

You will conduct weekly and monthly market reviews, analyze KPI data, manage escalations, and advocate for the company with vendors while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or related field.
• Proven experience in vendor management or a similar role.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using vendor management software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly and monthly market reviews with teams and vendors.
• Support Product and Services teams locally to improve utilization and efficiency.
• Manage escalations and advocacy related to vendor performance, pricing, and billing.
• Resolve issues or disputes with vendors promptly.
• Collaborate to improve vendor management processes.
• Responsible for multiple markets/regions.
• Evaluate vendor performance, capacity alignment, and ensure contract compliance.
• Source and manage onboarding, training and offboarding of vendor relationships.
• Continuously assess local market conditions for cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Analyze local vendor coverage for geographical and service coverage.
• Track and report vendor performance against utilization targets.
• Improve visibility into service and supplier analytics.
• Audit vendors for accurate rates, skills, coverage, capacity, etc., and fill gaps.
• Act as an advocate for the company with vendors.
