Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree.
• 5 years in Vendor Management, Vendor Operations, Financial Reporting OR Budget Management.
• Experience in the Health Care industry preferred.
• Strong budgeting and governance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee work of external vendors and ensure performance aligns with contract and SLA.
• Plan, manage and oversee operational support of vendor relationships with client teams.
• Respond to escalated vendor requests and drive process improvements.
• Coordinate contract governance, procurement collaboration, and budget reporting.
• Coach and develop peers and vendor staff; manage vendor performance.
