Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in data management, reporting, administrative support, operations, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data organization features.
• Strong analytical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with strict deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to interpret, analyze, and communicate information accurately.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity and quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain large volumes of data with high accuracy.
• Create, update, and analyze reports using Excel and other tools.
• Track project progress and ensure tasks deliverables meet deadlines.
• Review data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with standards.
• Organize and prioritize multiple assignments with competing priorities.
• Maintain records and documentation within designated systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather, validate and distribute information.
• Monitor key performance metrics and provide regular reporting updates.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Demonstrate strong time management to meet daily, weekly, monthly objectives.
