Job summary

Medline India in Pune is seeking a Vendor Contract Analyst to oversee the implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of contract pricing for prime and non-prime vendor accounts for branded products. This role also involves managing communication regarding the fulfillment of contractual obligations with contracting parties.

Responsibilities

Onboard new customer contracts into the respective systems.
Maintain existing and new contracts by adding items and making pricing/expiration changes.
Collaborate with internal/external teams to resolve rebates discrepancies and ensure contract data accuracy.
Contact vendors for contract pricing and tier eligibility.
Investigate pricing inquiries from customers, DSMs and reps.
Publish daily/weekly/monthly rebates reports.
Create/maintain non-contracted pricing for prime/non-prime accounts.
Develop and update SOPs for accuracy and efficiency.
Ensure data accuracy for customer contracts and rebate calculations.
Support audits with documentation and data cross-matching.
