Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer relations, vendor management, procurement, or sourcing.
• Proven track record in contract negotiation and billing remediation.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard, and manage service providers aligned with business goals.
• Lead contract negotiations, and manage NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and SLAs.
• Validate invoices, reconcile billing discrepancies, and analyze spend data.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and internal teams to optimize vendor performance.
