Job summary

Green Key Resources LLC is seeking two Vendor Contract Analysts for a temporary procurement initiative in Bethesda, MD. You will review, validate, and organize vendor contract records, ensuring accuracy before migration to Workday.

You will interact with internal stakeholders to confirm ownership and obtain missing information. The role requires experience in contract administration, procurement, or legal operations, strong Excel skills, and the ability to communicate professionally.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract administration, procurement, vendor management, or legal operations.
• Ability to identify key contractual terms: renewal/expiration dates, termination clauses, notice requirements.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for sorting, filtering, tracking, and reconciling data.
• Experience handling large volumes of documentation and maintaining accurate records.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review vendor contracts, MSAs, amendments, SOAs, renewals, and related docs.
• Extract and validate dates, renewal terms, termination provisions, notices, and financial commitments.
• Match records to executed agreements to find missing or duplicate data.
• Coordinate with Vendor Owners to confirm relationships, services, ownership, and missing items.
• Conduct outreach to obtain missing information and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain and update Excel trackers to keep contract data organized and current.
• Prepare records for migration into Workday with proper documentation.
• Keep organized records of reviewed agreements and outstanding items.
• Escalate complex terms and missing docs to Procurement or Legal teams.
• Provide regular project updates and meet milestones.
