Job summary

Primary Services is seeking an Entry-Level Data Analyst (Procurement) to help manage vendor data across SAP and a vendor management platform in a hybrid contract role in Phoenix, AZ. You will support vendor setup, onboarding, profile maintenance, and data governance while partnering with Procurement and Accounts Payable to improve accuracy and process efficiency.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in vendor management or master data, experience with SAP, and a finance or supply chain background.

Qualifications

• Experience in vendor management, procurement, or supply chain operations.
• Experience with master data administration, validation, or data quality processes.
• Experience creating or maintaining vendor records in ERP or supplier management systems.
• Experience with supplier onboarding, vendor registration, and profile administration.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain vendor master records in SAP and vendor management platforms.
• Serve as primary contact for suppliers requesting changes or documentation updates.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding and guide vendors through third-party registration requirements.
• Review vendor profiles for missing information, duplicates, and data accuracy.
• Validate supplier documentation and resolve data discrepancies.
• Route vendor exceptions through established approval processes.
• Partner with Procurement, Supply Chain, site personnel, and Accounts Payable to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate vendor records and support data governance and compliance.
• Develop vendor scorecards and reports to monitor process effectiveness.
• Analyze recurring data issues and recommend improvements to workflows.
