We are working with an established organization seeking two Vendor Contract Analysts for a temporary Procurement initiative focused on reviewing, validating, and organizing vendor contract records in preparation for a transition to a new system.
These contractors will play an important role in ensuring vendor agreements and related information are accurate, complete, and up to date before the organization migrates its contract data into Workday. The project will involve reviewing existing agreements, validating key contractual terms, reconciling information in Excel tracking tools, and communicating directly with internal business stakeholders to confirm vendor ownership and obtain missing information.
The ideal candidates will have experience in contract administration, procurement, vendor management, or legal operations, with strong attention to detail, Excel proficiency, and the confidence to communicate professionally with internal stakeholders.
