Texas Mutual Insurance Company is seeking a results-driven Vendor Management Analyst to oversee vendor relationships, pricing, and performance in a regulated environment. You will lead data analysis, contract negotiations, and process improvements to support safer Texas and a strong workforce.

In this hybrid role, you’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and drive initiatives from discovery through implementation, delivering measurable value

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with proficiency in Excel or similar tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
• Preferred: degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in workers' compensation, managed care, or healthcare vendor management.
• Experience with medical cost containment, bills review, or utilization review.
• Familiarity with workers’ compensation fee schedules and state regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Vendor oversight and Performance Management - oversee vendors relationships to ensure compliance, accurate pricing, appropriate protocols, and performance metrics are being met through regular audits and performance reviews
• Relationship Management - serve as primary point of contact for vendor inquiries and issue resolution, facilitate meetings and business reviews in order to build and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Data Analysis and Reporting - perform analysis to identify trends and monitor vendor performance in order to present findings and insight to leadership and key stakeholders
• Contract Management - participate in RFP process and contract negotiations to ensure favorable terms and compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
• Collaboration and Process Improvement - collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure best practices and identify process improvement opportunities and lead implementation of solutions
